Principal dancer, classical ballet teacher and artistic director, Pavel
Rominouk graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Choreography and the Moscow
Academy of Choreography (the Bolshoi Ballet School) in the former Soviet
Union. He has performed as lead soloist with several major ballet companies
in the former Soviet Union, as well as the State Theater of Leningrad (the
Maly Theater of Opera and Ballet). Mr. Romaniouk has performed as the lead
dancer in the classics Bayadere, Don Quixote, Coppelia,
Giselle, Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty,
Les Sylphides, Serenade, Macbeth, Spartacus,
and others. He has toured with the State Theater of Leningrad through Europe
and Asia, including Austria, Germany, Japan, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy,
Spain, France, Vietnam, and Czechoslovakia. Mr. Rominouk currently is the
principal dancer for the Nevada Dance Theater and the Classical Ballet
Teacher in the Nevada Dance Theater Company and Academy. He is married
to prima ballerina Natalia Chapurskaya of the State Theater of Leningrad.
