One of Hollywood's most respected and experienced casting directors, Meryl has worked in all phases of the entertainment industry. She has held executive talent and casting posts with MTM and Columbia Pictures Television, casting over fifty projects including Under Siege, Tad, RFK, Ivanhoe, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Hart to Hart, Alf, Rhonda, WKRP, Bob Newhart, Lou Grant, and many others. From 1996 to 2000, she cast the number one daytime drama, The Young and the Restless. Meryl is Governor of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and a founding member of the Casting Society of America. Recently, she co founded an independent casting company and is working on films, television movies, mini series, and pilots.
